By submitting an item for engraving and placing a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Client Responsibility for Items
Clients understand that engraving is a permanent process that alters the submitted item. While every reasonable effort is made to perform the work safely and professionally, Mia Bacchi Tattoos is not responsible for damage that may occur to items before, during, or after the engraving process, including damage related to material defects, fragility, or unknown structural weaknesses.
Clients assume full responsibility for the condition and suitability of the item provided for engraving.
Shipping and Handling
Clients who choose to ship items to Mia Bacchi Tattoos do so at their own risk.
Mia Bacchi Tattoos is not responsible for items that are lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, whether in transit to or from the studio. This includes any issues caused by postal services, shipping carriers, or improper packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and Mia Bacchi Tattoos is not responsible for reimbursing shipping fees or replacing items lost or damaged in transit.
Replacement or Reimbursement
Mia Bacchi Tattoos is not liable for replacing or reimbursing the value of items that become damaged, lost, or otherwise compromised during the engraving process or during shipping and handling.
Deposit and Agreement to Terms
A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to begin any engraving project.
By submitting a deposit and providing an item for engraving, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
High-Value Items
Clients are advised not to submit irreplaceable, sentimental, or high-value items for engraving as Mia Bacchi cannot guarantee replacement of such items in the event of damage or loss.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments. Deposits go toward the final cost of the tattoo unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or failure to attend the scheduled appointment.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with proper notice may transfer the deposit one time to a new appointment date. Additional rescheduling requests may require a new deposit.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened, rescheduled, or canceled at the discretion of Mia Bacchi Tattoos. Deposits may be forfeited if an appointment cannot be completed due to lateness.
Health and Safety
Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, skin conditions, or pregnancy prior to receiving a tattoo.
Mia Bacchi Tattoos reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, has compromised skin in the tattoo area, or if tattooing would otherwise be unsafe.
Clients must be 18 years or older and provide valid government-issued identification.
Design and Artistic Discretion
Tattoo designs may be adjusted to ensure proper composition, longevity, and technical application. Final design decisions remain at the artist’s professional discretion.
Minor adjustments may be made at the appointment. Major design changes requested at the appointment may require rescheduling and a new deposit.
Healing and Aftercare
Tattoo healing varies by individual. Proper aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed.
Mia Bacchi Tattoos is not responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare, skin reactions, allergic responses, or client neglect during the healing process.
Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion and must typically be completed within a specified time frame.
Liability
Tattooing is a permanent procedure and carries inherent risks including infection, allergic reaction, scarring, or dissatisfaction with healed results.
By receiving a tattoo from Mia Bacchi Tattoos, the client acknowledges these risks and agrees that Mia Bacchi Tattoos is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from the tattoo procedure, healing process, or the client’s failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Permanent Makeup (PMU) Policy

Deposits
All permanent makeup appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits are applied toward the service total.
Deposits are forfeited for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or for missed appointments.
Consultation and Eligibility
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history, medications, allergies, and skin conditions prior to receiving permanent makeup.

Results and Expectations
Permanent makeup results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and individual healing response.
Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
Color, shape, and density may soften during healing, and final results cannot be guaranteed.
Touch-Ups
A touch-up session is typically recommended within 6–10 weeks after the initial procedure to refine results.
Touch-up pricing and availability will be discussed during consultation.
Healing and Aftercare
Clients will receive detailed aftercare instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may affect results.
Mia Bacchi Tattoos is not responsible for poor healed results caused by improper aftercare, picking, sun exposure, skincare products, or other external factors.
Liability
Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo procedure and carries inherent risks including infection, allergic reactions, pigment migration, or uneven healing.
By receiving permanent makeup services from Mia Bacchi Tattoos, the client acknowledges these risks and agrees that Mia Bacchi Tattoos is not liable for complications arising from the procedure or the client’s healing process.
