Any and all people, including Mia Bacchi, associated with Mia Bacchi cannot and will not be held liable for missing or damaged parts directly or indirectly caused by their own action or inaction. The same people previously mentioned can not and will not be held responsible for paying or reimbursing shipping costs, damaged items, replacement items, If parts become lost through the mail service, the previously mentioned people will not and cannot be held liable for the loss, and cannot and will not be expected to pay for reimbursement or replacement of said lost items. All previously mentioned people cannot and will not be held liable for any damage caused to the items before, during, or after the engraving process, as well as the shipping and handling process. By leaving a nonrefundable $50 deposit for a project to Mia Bacchi, you agree to these terms.
FOR TATTOOS
• A deposit is required and is NON-REFUNDABLE before I approve your appointment date/time. Once you leave the $100+tax deposit (which also comes off the price of the tattoo), you may then select a date and time for your appointment using the link. You MUST LEAVE A DEPOSIT BEFORE SELECTING A DATE AND TIME! If you do not leave a deposit, you DO NOT have an appointment. You have at MOST until 72 hours before your desired appointment day/time to leave a deposit or i will have to manually cancel the appointment myself. Please be courteous of other people who actually want to come in and get tattooed and do not leave the deposit for the last second if you know you aren’t going to come, and please let me know so i can open the spot for other people. once you click a day and time, it is unavailable for other people, so please cancel it right away if you know you cannot make it.
!!!!!Deposits are NOT required for TOUCHUPS or CONSULTATIONS!!!!
• Deposits can be made by calling the shop at (732) 305-6210 with your credit card info or visiting the shop in person with cash or card payment.
• Cancelling: If you cancel your appointment, your deposit gets forfeited UNLESS it is at least 7 days before your appointment.
• Rescheduling requires a MINIMUM 48 hour notice or your deposit is forfeited. If it is your first time rescheduling, and it is before 48 hours of your appointment, we can then transfer it over to a new date. You have ONE reschedule until your deposit gets forfeited.. anything more than one reschedule warrants the void of your deposit and you MUST leave a new deposit to reschedule a second time. The shop is closed Sunday/Mondays so ultimately the best time to call for a deposit is between 11am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday. The shop is located at 1900 US-130, North Brunswick, NJ and the # is (732)305-6210. Deposits are valid for rescheduling for up to 6 months after needing to reschedule and NOT setting a date. For example: “Hey! I have to reschedule, I’ll let you know once I find a day that works for me”, then never reach back out to set a new date. The deposit will be valid for 6 months. If you reach back out with a date to reschedule after 6 months you will need to leave a new deposit! If you have a deposit and an appointment, your deposit is valid, it is only not valid after 6 months if you made an appointment and need to reschedule, and then never set a new date.
• You MUST be 18 years or older with a VALID I.D. to get a tattoo at Grave Tattoo, no exceptions!
• If you are booking for multiple people at once (matching, etc.), you do not need separate appointments, just select which ONE day and time works for everyone! If you need multiple appointments for multiple people please let me know.
• If you need a consultation before making an appointment to explain a design to me or ask about pricing, please select “Consultation” when scheduling yourself! The shops minimum is $100. I am $150/hr after 2 hours. Depending on the tattoo I also charge by the piece.
• If you need to change your design YOU MUST CONTACT ME a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Your appointment may have to be cancelled or rescheduled depending on the severity of design change.
• If you no-call/no-show 20 minutes or more after the start of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment is automatically cancelled. NO-CALL and NO-SHOWS AUTOMATICALLY FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT! If you did not notify me 48 hours prior about a reschedule.. YOU WILL NOT get your deposit back.
• I allow ONE free touchup after your initial tattoo appointment. You qualify for a free touchup up to one year after your initial tattoo. After that, you are subject to pay at least the shop minimum of $100+tax for any more than one touchup, or any longer than one year later. (The free touchup does not apply for lip, finger, bottom of foot/toe, & palm tattoos since I strongly advise against getting these areas tattooed since they fade EXTREMELY fast and are NOT GUARANTEED to stay on for even just a few hours!)
• Also, please dress “appropriately” for your appointment. If you are getting a tattoo on your legs, don’t wear jeans and bring a pair of shorts just in case. if you are getting a tattoo on your hip don’t wear jeans, wear loose fitting pants or shorts and/or a tie-able bikini bottom. If you’re getting a tattoo on your shoulder, don’t wear a turtle neck or a tight collared shirt, instead wear a low cut/loose fitting shirt or cami. If you’re getting a sternum or spine tattoo, bring a zip-up hoodie to leave that part accessible. So on and so forth, if you’re unsure about what to wear, just message me!
